  • CHECK-IN PROCESS ***New this year, check-in by name***

    • Check-in hours are from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday night. If you are unable to check-in on Friday, we will offer a brief check-in Saturday morning between 8:30-9:30 a.m. 

    • Check-in by name at the WELCOME tables located inside the glass doors on Level 2. Be prepared with registration confirmation email.

    • At check-in you’ll receive your event materials: wristband, tote bag, event workbook, and schedule.

  • Ladies’ Night: Enter to win prizes and discounts in the Deseret Book Event Store between 6:00-7:45 p.m.

  • TOFW Opening Event: Join us for An Evening with The Bonners beginning at 7:45 p.m. from the main stage.

Return on Saturday morning to enjoy a power-packed day full of your favorite TOFW presenters. The days events will go from 9:30-4:30 with an 80-minute lunch break. Enjoy a full day of speakers and music from the main stage as you learn how to increase your spiritual capacity to receive revelation. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Event Details


Please refrain from coming to the event earlier than necessary. It does not secure a seat in front.

  • You can find a seat once you have checked in and doors are open for the event hall.

  • All seating is general admission.  We’ve worked hard to make sure every seat at TOFW is a great seat! Our large screens and full audio coverage ensure every seat has great access to the event.

  • Front sections are reserved for those who purchased the premium seat add-on during registration.

  • The venue is required to attach chairs together in accordance with federal and state fire marshal regulations. If you desire additional space please locate a seat that has an available seat next to it.

When Should I Arrive?

We strongly encourage attendees to arrive no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 am on Saturday.

Where Can I Park?

TTOFW parking is in the North Lot, which is north of the Exhibit Hall. Parking is $10 PER DAY which includes in/out privileges, but you must keep your parking ticket to show when coming back into the lot on the same day.

For ADA drop off: There is a drop off area in front of the main entrance on Cameron St.

Where is the Event hall?

The event is in the Banquet Hall on the 3rd level. Take stairs or elevator from the Cameron St. entrance up to the Rotunda on the 2nd level. Go through the glass doors and take the elevator or stairs to the Banquet Hall.

What food options are available?

Concessions will be available throughout the event in the Commonwealth Room. On Saturday, the venue will offer the following meal option for purchase: Chicken Caesar wrap, chips, cookie, and beverage - $11. Tickets for this lunch may be purchased Friday evening near the WELCOME table inside the glass doors. Limited lunch seating will be available in various locations, and these lunches may also be taken inside event hall. The venue does not allow food purchased offsite to be brought inside the building.

There will be an event store in the Commonwealth room next to the Banquet Hall with a great selection of Deseret Book products and Sweet Salt Clothing. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
