FRIDAY NIGHT OPENING EVENT
Get in some good girlfriend time with a relaxed Ladies’ Night, followed by a brand-new TOFW opening event!
CHECK-IN PROCESS ***New this year, check-in by name***
Check-in hours are from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Friday night. If you are unable to check-in on Friday, we will offer a brief check-in Saturday morning between 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Check-in by name at the WELCOME tables located inside the Lemon St. Entrance gate OR in the Main lobby off Mission Inn Ave.
At check-in you’ll receive your event materials: wristband, tote bag, event workbook, and schedule.
Ladies’ Night: Enter to win prizes and discounts in the Deseret Book Event Store between 6:00-7:45 p.m.
TOFW Opening Event: Join us for An Evening with Nathan Pacheco beginning at 7:45 p.m. from the main stage.
SATURDAY MAIN EVENT
Return on Saturday morning to enjoy a power-packed day full of your favorite TOFW presenters. The days events will go from 9:30-4:30 with an 80-minute lunch break. Enjoy a full day of speakers and music from the main stage as you learn how to increase your spiritual capacity to receive revelation. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Please refrain from coming to the event earlier than necessary. It does not secure a seat in front.
You can find a seat once you have checked in and doors are open for the event hall.
All seating is general admission. We’ve worked hard to make sure every seat at TOFW is a great seat! Our large screens and full audio coverage ensure every seat has great access to the event.
Front sections are reserved for those who purchased the premium seat add-on during registration.
The venue is required to attach chairs together in accordance with federal and state fire marshal regulations. If you desire additional space please locate a seat that has an available seat next to it.

When Should I Arrive? We strongly encourage attendees to arrive no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 am on Saturday.
Where Can I Park? Parking is available in City of Riverside lots and structures. On-street metered parking & lot parking is free after 5 pm on Friday and all day Saturday. Parking structures rates vary.
ADA PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: ADA parking is available in all city lots on a first come first served basis. Passenger drop off and loading zone is located on Lemon St. (one way - enter from Mission Inn) between Mission Inn Ave. and Sixth St. An elevator is available inside the gate nearest the drop off zone.
Where is the Event hall? The event is in the Main Auditorium. You can check in either at the Lemon St. entrance gate OR in the main lobby on Mission Inn Ave.
What food options are available? Concessions will be available in the Garden Room (lower level) and on the veranda (through the Auditorium doors to the left)
LUNCH IS NOT AVAILABLE ONSITE. The surrounding restaurants have all been alerted to be prepared for crowds during the lunch hour. Please plan ahead for your lunch. OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING.
The venue requires their security to check bags upon entrance to the building. They will be checking for weapons of any kind including pepper spray, video cameras, laser pointers, professional recording equipment, unsealed liquids/gels, outside food/drink, etc.
Event Store There will be an event store onsite with great selection of Deseret Book products and Sweet Salt Clothing. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment.
